The circular concept starts from two main conditions. The first has to do with the existing spatial conditionof the property, for which we decided to adopt the circular form of the existing infrastructure and thus take advantage of it. The second is that when speaking of community, the circle generates a direct relationship of the environment with the form and everyone is related to its interior and also to its exterior.
The circle opens to allow the passage of the wind in all directions but especially the wind that comes from the south, opening completely towards this direction during the summer. The building also blocks the wind that comes from the north during the winter, making all the façades facing that direction work as a protective wall and a green buffer. With this difference in heights and the large opening of the building on the south façade, we allow all the houses to have a view towards the sea. Thus, it is not only a climatic strategy but also a design strategy in relation to the views
